JWF1115/1125 Fine Opener machine is part of scutching and blowing line, whose function is to further open and clean the cotton or chemical fiber which has been preliminarily opened. It is made up to the upper chute unit, the beater unit, the grid bar adjusting unit and the frame unit.It is used together with the vertical fiber separator in the blowing process
Power free vertical fibre separator fibre lowers fibre damage and malfunction rate. Combine leading beater with bigger diameter reaches better materials opening and fibre damage. Trash removing with grid bars is suitable to low impurity cotton and polyester; Fully opened and cleaned material is sent to the next process and the trash excluded is sent to the dust filtering system.
